Key components of our programming that assist youth with transitioning into self sustaining and thriving adults
Success Coaching
Each Resident is paired with a success coach and attend weekly success sessions creating goals and ensuring they reach their goals.
Professional Development
Through career-focused workshops residents strengthen the skills, mindset, and professionalism needed to succeed.
Academic Support
Our program provides Academic support to apply for college or trade school, we provide residents with academic incentives, access to educational materials and tutoring.
Lifeskill Training
Residents receive in house life skills training teaching them how to plan and prepare meals, self care up keep, and other skills needed to thrive as adults
